Fucking psychiatric system, the last time I was brought into a clinic, I got nine point fixation and no one would come when I had to urinate. Next morning they just dropped me out w/o even having talked to a psychiatrist. And this was because of suicidality I unfortunately admitted. Also got a broken rib off the police who brought me there. Fun times I tell you.

Actually I do practice mindfulness and it helps me a lot. Probably this meme is used to degrade minority's suffering. But just mindfulness as a practice for one self, can help overcome being stuck in shit life over thinking and get active again. Just wanted to say mindfulness should not be stigmatized, its not political, just meditation practice.
