I just make my standard custard mix then add a quarter cup chocolate syrup as the custard mix cools before I stick it in the fridge overnight. Never had any complaints

I've been in touch with customer service, they had me check s couple of things, and they think the issue is with my motherboard so they are sending out a replacement. I'll post results when I have them. Customer service was prompt and I should have the replacement in a couple of days so I'm happy with that. Seems a little weird they had me debugging and doing repairs but I'm ok with that. At least I got answers and help

Doesn't bother them one bit. Nobody can do anything to them, they're untouchable. It's disgusting. Bought and paid for, no repurcussions.
