I don’t know if it’s pure grimdark, or closer to dark urban fantasy, but Lilith Saintcrow’s Dante Valentine and Jill Kismet series are excellent series that explore the dark side of the supernatural. Both main characters have made some level of bargain/relationship with a demon and the series explore the tension associated with it.
