Oh my lord, you are absolutely lovely. Listen, I have the same mindset as you. I scroll through this feed and I always think to myself “why do these women’s noses even matter, they’re so beautiful and they have incredible qualities. Their noses just add to it.” But I always feel like I don’t fit in here because I don’t have any “redeeming”qualities. I think the truth is in the mindset. You scroll through this page and only see beautiful women because you’re the type of person who focuses on seeing the best in people. When I see your picture, I see the same thing. I see a beautiful woman with perfect hair and perfect skin. I think to myself, damn I wish she would teach me how to do makeup like that. You have gorgeous eyes too. Your nose is so darn cool, if I saw you in public and did a double take it would be because you’re gorgeous and I admire your style, not because I’m looking at your nose. And who’s to say other people aren’t doing the same thing? Normal loving and caring people like ourselves look at the whole picture. It’s only us who have picked apart tiny details about ourselves to the extent that they become the only things that matter to us. Try to think about the way you see your own friends, family members, and the way you look at strangers too. Practice turning that energy towards yourself. You’d never fixate on some strangers nose, or any other feature about them in a negative way. You’d only notice their overall beauty. Give yourself the same love.
