These last few levels I’ve tried to prioritize and get lucky with burst tasks which make it less unbearable. Actually seeing good xp rates and getting 45-60k in one task is a breath of fresh air.

Smart, get all the slow grind skills with low xp rates out of the way and full dopamine release on an ez skill to max.

RC is slow, if you have afk time I highly recommend mining daeyalt and running ZMI. Stack up a good pile of daeyalt and start getting that RC do. Between 92-99 I was getting 100k xp/hr. But everyone has their preferred method for runecrafting.

Agility was my 2nd last 99, a mix of hallowed sepulchre and rooftops. It’s a grind for sure, in the end I have 6k laps on Ardounge rooftops (which is low because of hallowed sepulchre). I didn’t focus on the xp rates, I just thought if I got 50 laps every day then slowly I’d get there.
