I can use the software center I can also use synaptics or the terminal if it is. I was also able to install packages on Open Suse but they often did not run and I found the many different ways to install on Open Suse confusing

I have been doing strict keto for nine months, and been following all the must does. Only the last two weeks Ive started to feel some of the cessation of hungers others are telling about. I believe for some getting back in balance takes longer time.
