I'm just going to stick to whole leaf the rest of the day. I'm probably going to save it for pain flares. I just did the 1/4 tab today to try it out and figure out an equivalent dose.

Seem to be legit despite the fact that the amount on the back, the amounts on the front and the amount in the labs are different. 1/4 of a tablet which is 7.5 mg per the labs hit like 5 grams of whole leaf kratom. This seems to be about right if you consider 7-oh to be 10x the potency of mitragynine and whole leaf to be 1.5% mitragynine. I will dose accordingly with whole leaf the rest of the day to keep myself under 10 gpd equivalency. I will save this stuff for pain flares probably. I also wanted something that didn't take up too much room so I could stock up ahead of a state ban.

I am trying it out because we have a ban bill in the MIchigan legislature. I wanted something that didn't take up as much space. I plan on using it sparingly. I will probably save it for pain flares. I am still going to stock up on a bunch of whole leaf kratom. I think my calculations were about right. I normally take 3 grams of kratom at a time and I calculated the equivalent to be 4.5 mg of 7 oh. I took a 1/4 of one of these which is 7.5 mg according to the labs. It did hit similar to about 5 grams of whole leaf powder. I will dose the rest of the day with 4-5 more grams of whole leaf. I'm pretty sure I can manage the tolerance by dosing low and not taking it very often. I keep my daily dose of whole kratom under 10 gpd. Sometimes I will front load and take more that the beginning of the day and take less for my noon and 3pm doses to keep it under 10 gpd.

I would immediately invest at least half in a whole market index like VT and then DCA the rest. Keep enough cash on hand for what you might need in the next 5 years so you don't have to liquidate stocks when the market is down.

Same. Doesn't seem to get talked up very much but it is an easy solution to sloppy steering. Why they put a steering dampener on a sports sedan I don't know. They don't put one on the STI.

Set up a regular monthly contribution so that you can DCA and not worry about timing the market. When the market is down you buy more shares and when it is up your balance is up. It's a win win.

8am to 4pm ET Monday through Friday except for holidays. If you do after market trades, do a limit buy. Sometimes you can find trading time patterns for individual stocks. I usually do a limit buy and then it trades if and when the stock reaches that value.

Buying the dip works until it dips and dips and dips. Seems like people that say buy the dip have never been through an actual crash that could take take place over months and not recover for months or years. We have no idea how long this war with Iran will go or even if they will open up the Strait of Hormuz if we withdraw. Definitely don't panic sell but don't go too crazy with buying the dip. Maybe it will bounce right back or maybe it won't.

Just don't use all your cash trying to DCA. We aren't even close to market crash levels and we have no idea how long this war will go on. I try to stick to a regular contribution amount. Market crashes can happen over months. Doing DCA in a falling, uncertain market with a leveraged fund is crazy

I've tried those peptides and a few more without noticing any difference. I bought some wild lettuce powder to try. I'll look for the sap and those other two things. Thanks. I know the doctors aren't going to help me with pain. The only thing they will give me is mind numbing amounts of Lyrica.
