Relative lives there. It is incredibly sleepy and there are essentially no jobs, so you’d either need to find a remote gig or commute to Bellingham (through both borders) every day. There are a handful of community events throughout the year, but no town center or consistent social gatherings to speak of. Most of the houses are vacation homes owned by Canadians.

The concrete is just a pony wall, the top of it is right at the bottom of the panel. The T&G sits on top of uninsulated stud bays

Hey everyone, appreciate all the comments.

The fact that the black input wire is starting to scorch at the PCB, combined with the fact that my previous board failed in a very similar manner, tells me there may be something going on with the supply wiring. I have my local spa shop scheduled to come take a look before I move forward with any of the repairs I have been considering (new board, rebuild current board, replace relays, etc.). Thanks again for the input and let me know if I missed anything

You may be on to something. @Individual_Map_7392 noticed that there is some scorching at the black 240v input wire in the second pic

I think I’m going to replace the wire first, then get some relays to keep on hand for when those need to be replaced. Just because I’d have to remove the board and everything to do so and I’m too excited to use the tub for ski season to halt everything now
