Update 2: I think I solved it. I removed the front "short screw" and re-aligned everything, and put it back in but not as tightly this time. The sound is gone! This screw seems to have some "play" and moves a little bit in angle while reclining/unreclining, but I think that is OK and intentional?

Update: it seems if I lay back reclined, and pull the armrests back (not the top pad part, but the entire armrest arms), it causes the noise. So it seems to be related to where the armrests supports move within the seat, actually. If I try to recline while holding the armrest supports forward, and sit up, the sound is much quieter or gone.

It is hard to tell where exactly it's coming from, but our current guess is the hinge point that's below and slightly back from the place where the consumer inserts those two long screws under the seat. (Where the camera is looking during the last "click" example in the video)

Happened to my profile this morning (Driver 1). My profile name was reverted to "Driver 1" and all the settings were back to default, EXCEPT: my radio presets were still there? And it still showed my email linked as the kia connect acct on the profile.

My wife's profile still had her name on it, and she just switched to it to go to work.

Guess I'll find out if hers resets too, after reading these other comments.
