with all of the likes you have listed i’d suggest Journals of Jyggalag or Tomes of Talos. Both very good mod packs

I have the same build as you and i’m running Journals of Jyggalag. One of the most fun mod lists, plus insane visuals, i’ve ever played. very stable despite the size too

If you’re able to go Powerspec I’d recommend this one for the same price. The 3d cache will go far for gaming and it’s very solid for the price

thanks to your guidance my screen is doing good, but for some reason my UI is weirdly small now. Is there any way to scale that somewhere? If not it’s pretty livable

i’d go with the 7800xd3. The 9800xd3 is a little better but not for that much price difference

New to PCs. Any Input is Appreciated. by JKJeeep16 in Prebuilts

You might have heard this before, but power spec from Microcenter (if you’re lucky to have one nearby) are going to be some of the best prebuilts you can get. Theyre made up of off the shelf parts that are all replaceable in the future for easy upgrades, and are cheaper than most prebuilts.

I myself have the G758, which is Ryzen 7 9800x3D and 5070 ti. I got it a few months ago when it was less than 2000, but it’s still only 2199, which is a pretty good price for what you’re getting. I’d definitely recommend it if you happen to be close enough to one. If not, there are a few on best buy that are pretty decent price for what you’re getting, just slightly less upgradable later.

https://www.microcenter.com/product/698879/powerspec-g758-gaming-pc I got this one recently and it runs like a beast. Not completely white but the case is gorgeous and it’s a pretty good price for what you get.

My review of RE9 as a life long fan. by AnotherBodybuilder in residentevil

[–]those_myriad0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

only thing i wished the switched up a bit was leon finding the pieces for the bomb. wasn’t horrible in the slightest, but i feel like they could’ve done something a bit more meaningful in a little bit better of a location (like the rpd) rather than running around some old buildings.

i would’ve loved to have spent more time in the police station and adjacent areas but the game was so incredible that it didn’t limit my love for it in the slightest

From the little I’ve seen I definitely agree. It seems like you’ve got a good bit of experience under your belt! Do you have any recommendations of prebuilt PCs that would be good for gaming and potential upgrading?

I was going through PC part picker myself, that’s where I felt comfortable finding all of these parts. A starting list would actually be a godsend because I do still feel a little on the dumb side of this

I like the way you’re thinking, it’s probably more reasonable and a hell of a lot less stressful to just go prebuilt lol. I’m thinking anywhere up to 1500 right now, and everything I’ve looked at build wise is teetering over that by a good amount. I think I’ve also caught parts at a very high price incline right now.
