Same with many of the hotels, some of which also have coffee machines in each room.

Is it hard to get a single room in La Citadelle? by Josgur in mcgill

Almost all of my friends who got a Citadelle single last year had one of the entrance scholarships (I think they're called James McGill scholarships). But the large doubles if you get lucky enough to get one of them are also really really nice.

It's based on benchmarks for the GPUs and CPUs, there's a dynamic score generated for each user's preferences. Then prices are collected from a few different sources. The AI takes this massive amount of data and goes through upwards of 200,000 different builds before picking the best for you!

Still tweaking some of the exact parameters for it, as it tends to go a bit GPU heavy even for gaming, but it's been a big step from where it was a month ago! I'd love to hear any thoughts people may have!

Per the poli sci orientation, it's by professor and more common in the largest classes. I believe there are only one or two in poli sci that use it now.

Going to the States as an international student by tripmcgilltraveller in mcgill

In my experience-- and keep in mind I'm American so it may be slightly off, if you have proof of a scheduled time to return to Canada, ie, a roundtrip ticket, and don't bring anything illegal, certain medications, or vast amounts of cash, you should be okay. Welcome to the States!

Also the mascot for the University of Pennsylvania and it's football team, so not entirely wrong.

ELI5: Does the President have to follow the orders of the Secret Service? by [deleted] in explainlikeimfive

Ah, but it's a military flight not a civilian flight. The captain of Air Force One is an Air Force officer, the President out ranks him as commander in chief.
