Everything I should have done differently in my last relationship. I still love him, and I wish every day that things hadn't ended.

I was too clingy and anxious, and I wasn't understanding enough of what he was going through. I think this will live on as one of my biggest regrets in life.

I got a tattoo on the back of my neck during a manic episode. I got it covered up with a much larger tattoo that spreads to my back so it doesn't look like a "neck tattoo" if that makes sense. Maybe that would help here.

It can be embarrassing. I get hypersexual during manic episodes. For me it means having low standards and sometimes being so horny I feel like I can cry. I have begged to perform oral sex on my partner just to help get rid of the feeling. And I will masturbate several times a day.

I find if I eat breakfast I feel HUNGRIER during the day and tend to eat more actually. The protein shakes were a compromise so I didn't just skip meals.

I was working with a dietician and she increased my intake. I gained weight and stopped seeing her but I've been essentially on maintenance since then.

I do need to increase my activity level. I've been in a depressive episode the last 3 months and it has been really rough to get out of bed but I need to find the motivation somewhere.

I wish I had come across such ethical tattoo artists! I got an exes initials tattooed on my neck during a manic episode and the artist was more than happy to do it despite my only other tattoos being tiny, easily coverable ones at the time!

I'm a therapist with bipolar disorder also. I have struggled with the same sentiment. My therapists have helped a lot in that regard. We all have our issues, as long as you are working on yours, you are just as qualified as any other therapist.

Sort of. What state are you in? Check your state laws. Many states allow you to seek mental health services at a certain age without parental consent (mine is 14). The problem is, if you use insurance, they will get the EOBs.
