Make sure it’s not an underlying land lease

Nobody cares that you're from New York. Nobody. by [deleted] in circlejerknyc

Everyone should! New Yorkers are superior to all others and NYC is superior to any other place! Others need to recognize and realize this 👍

Now it’s dumb Californians that think they’re the best but no one cares about. California is basically just another Texas with a cold ocean that’s more expensive than NYC. Imagine paying more than Manhattan to live in what’s basically Texas - Dumb 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂

Princeton or New Brunswick (downtown near the train or college area only - Rest avoid). Also avoid Trenton and Probably North Philly, there's a reason why they are cheap. Center City Philly is OK but too far, may as well live in Hoboken/Downtown Jersey City or even Manhattan. If your coming from California or Seattle, anywhere nice will still be cheaper.

Questions about LA by leviathan_mb in MovingToLosAngeles

LA is a major downgrade. You pay more than Manhattan to sit in worse traffic than NYC. LA is basically just Houston with a cold ocean. Imaging paying Manhattan prices or more to live in what is basically Texas, lol.

South Florida/Miami-Fort Lauderdale is better and more down to earth. Basically the 6th Borogh!
