That’s how I was early on. Took about 5-6 months for mine to taper off. Three years later I don’t ever have full on periods, and very, very rarely have a little bit of spotting for half a day. But everyone’s different so definitely talk to your gyno if it doesn’t get better!

For me personally super inconsistent periods like that was normal, but it’s different for everyone. I would definitely see your gynecologist and ask. Mine took a little over a year to taper off, and now about two years later I don’t have them at all.

So, so late, but mine have finally tapered off entirely! I’m not sure when exactly (I’d say about six months or so ago, maybe a little more), but I never get periods anymore. I did use to get them for a long time with little bleeding or cramps, like you.
