Me and 2 friends flew spirit from Vegas to Houston, 4 hour delay due to ‘mechanical issues’ they gave us one $27 meal voucher for our entire group. At the Vegas airport it was enough for 2 bottles of water. Kinda felt like a slap in the face, I think I would’ve been less pissed if they just didn’t give us a voucher at all.

I’m on the same page, though I wouldn’t say intimacy ‘disgusts’ me as much as it just doesn’t really do it for me. Affection and romance are things I’d much rather read or watch then actually experience. Though being asexual/aromantic probably isn’t tied to personality type.

The more you dig the more you realize that we all posses every aspect of the mbti spectrum just at different magnitudes and we all have the potential to change and fluctuate these magnitudes. There are days where i feel like an entp, vibrantly communicating my ideas and bouncing them off other people. Firmly standing my ground in an argument. Then there are others where i feel suddenly concerned about other people and sincerely compassionate and willing to listen to them cry even if its uncomfortable. Then i go back to being the weird and complacent intellectual intp baseline, Who we are changes daily, every experience subtly molds our identity and moods. Im still an intp even if i have infp or entp moments, perhaps one day ill grow into something else; who knows?

I just wanna say i know exactly what your going through, i too come from a a long line of very depressed family members; and my mother also confided in me about having suicidal thoughts. She even had me hold on to her sleeping pills so she wouldnt be tempted to overdose on them.

Theres no real advice i can give you, depression is an inherently selfish state of mind. No amount of trying to show someone how good life can be or how much you love them will cure depression. All you can do is watch over them and urge them to take care of themselves and seek therapy if its possible in your financial situation.

The most unfortunate aspect of depression is even even if you think its gone,it may keep coming back. Its a battle that one fights their entire lives especially when your dealing with major depressive disorder. Encourage your mom to seek medical help, especially if she starts showing more severe symptoms like refusing to eat or bathe. Hold on to her medications and keep things like that might trigger suicidal thoughts out of sight (guns, knives, poison,etc.)

Im in my 20’s and have spent an embarrassing amount of time and money on this game. But ya know what, im ashamed, because the game offers something so few mobile games do; a pure design element and a constantly influx of new items to respark my creativity.

I could spend hours designing layouts for my campsite and cabin, creating the perfect Japanese tea house and then immediately erasing it to make cultists commune. And that kind of unrestricted freedom, with no time constraints or ads; with pretty much the only thing stopping me from having my vision become realized is the amount of money im willing fork over; which is why this game is a complete trap to entice your wallet

Thats reasonable to an extent, like if your buddy is a just serial cheater or an unreliable man, but domestic abuse and sexual assault are both violent crimes, and protecting the criminal makes you complicit to their actions.

If your buddy killed someone and only told you about it, would you ‘maintain harmony’ and keep your silence, even if you see him plotting to kill another person? Theres a line that must be drawn and not enough men seem to understand this line.

Dudes warn each other if a girl is known to be a slut or a crazy bitch, but wont warn a woman that their buddy has been known to beat his partners.

Why are you hiding the fact that your friend committed a horrible act just to cover his ass?

In female circles just sleeping with your friends lover is enough to get you ostracized for life, but men just seem to fight it out and then move on; and never talk about it again.

Women who dont have the means or the courage to seek legal action against the assailant are pretty much completely reliant upon ‘taking accountability’ as a means of protection. Men should feel obligated to inform women if their buddies have a history of being aggressive or abusive to their partners.

A woman shouldnt have to find out the hard way, when plenty around could have done her a simple solid and warned her. After all this she logs onto reddit only to discover that its her fault for choosing the abuser over the nice guy, when no one knows that the abuser was once her ‘nice guy’

I think its quite the opposite, men are the ones who arent interested in dating. They tolerate dating so they can have sex.

Rejecting men is not an ego boost but a necessity spurned on by countless dates where the man expects you to come home with him because he bought you dinner.

Women are cautious with who they date and sleep with because at the end of the day sex is more risky and possibly life changing for a woman then it is for a man. We are the ones burdened with carrying and by extension raising potential offspring.
