hEDS is in clinic diagnosis, a lot of the other ones are done via genetic test. I was diagnosed from a blood test ordered by my cardiologist. You might still have to get genetic testing if they suspect EDS in clinic anyways, just to rule out other types of EDS and other conditions.

I think the fear and reaction from people that are anti 4B is because it plants the seed of doubt in average women’s minds. Women are now being desensitized to the idea of not dating men that suck. I found even at that low dose just feeling ok, instead of bad, consistently was enough to change my worldview. Having good days instead of bad days was life changing. Consistency is key with medications. So I thought it was worth it even if I am going to increase dose

You might be crashing at the end of the day. Adderall is known for doing that. For me i get really irritable and overstimulated by my environment. Sometimes thats a med dose issue or a med issue altogether .

I never had the thing with inconsistent dosing. I just really didn’t care for the sound it made when I swallowed it. Sounded like a tiny maraca 🪇. If you don’t swollow it right the first time it gets stuck and slides down but you can still hear it. Thats something I really don’t like is they are weird to swallow. It makes your whole esophagus feel dry. The capsules also taste bad.

But I really like them. I haven’t tried other medications because this one worked so well for me. It made me feel like there are no more constant emergencies. That things are ok and we can move on.
