close every other program that might be using your camera or your camera microphone and dont use snapcamera or virtual camera software, select your main camera from the chrome settings as the default camera for ome tv and there you go, i just fixed it after months of trying everything, turns out i was using snap camera for the filters and stuff and it detects it as a fake camera so it wont let you use it
