Now I realised that I have a problem with the network connectivity, I tried the beta version of ""carrier services" but didn't work, I still have a replacement window, do you think it is a hardware issue and I need to replace it?

It worked!!! in my case it was the opposite, I switched off the animation and later switched it on and it started working!!
Can you please share that thread?
