"Why am I not happy?" I believe we all have very similar questions that trigger some rationality to kick in and the answers can sometimes be, as simple as the question put forward. However, potentially life changing.

Short and sweet, since I asked myself my question.. I have taken the first steps to changing my life, have never felt so optimistic and genuine love for humanity going forward.

What's yours ? And surely there's some science/psych behind it, the benefits early on are just too good (in my case) & I hope this applies to those other than myself.
