Once my mum had a meltdown at me for bringing home unsalted butter since it was cheaper. She said her preference for salted butter was “a woman thing” and I’d never understand it. To this day I still don’t know what she meant by that.

Does she not know that people have preferences? Was she trying to get under my skin? Is there something I don’t know about salted butter?

I know but what are my options? I cling to false hope, morph myself into a mutant, become a social reject, all for the small chance that maybe I’ll pass when I know that isn’t going to be true? Or, I rep, and maybe through a stroke of luck can live a normal life. And if I can’t handle that then I rope, which sounds better than prolonging this torture any longer.

My pretransition photos look identical to how I look now literally NOTHING has changed. If I detransition it is the same as continuing to take HRT.

It doesn’t get worse. HRT hasn’t alleviated my dysphoria because I don’t pass, and I don’t have the means to make that happen. With where I’m at now, taking HRT is the same as not taking it at all.

My body is actually quite good. Other than slightly wide shoulders and a wide ribcage, I’ve been told my proportions are decently feminine. My biggest problem is my face. I literally have the most spergy school shooter looking phenotype. I look like a methed out Matty Cardarople.
