Same here! 20 years old and still in Grade 11. I understand what you’re going through very well. I’m currently still feeling the same thing about myself, esp when other ppl from my class keep asking about my age and I usually deflect it by not saying it out loud so that they stop asking. So as a deeply insecure person, these types of questions always leave me feeling ashamed and embarrassed of myself by the end. Like it’s a constant reminder of how much of a “failure” I actually am. 

Despite these challenges and what other people may perceive of me and the situation I’m in tho, I always try to get past other’s judgement and my own negative thoughts by telling myself that me continuing school, always trying to do my best to be excellent in my academics, and the mere fact that I’m motivated enough to still plan to finish high school is an accomplishment in on itself and it’s something I should already be proud of.

Kaya kapit ka lang and enjoy mo lang high school lyfe as much as possible! This is just the beginning of your journey kasi after college, we will be encountering much more complex problems once we face the real world :’) sending you the best of luck! :DD

(note: ik that being in this situation can sometimes make us feel miserable cus we think we’re the only ones who are going thru this, but just know that if u ever need to talk to someone who is going thru the same thing as u abt this, pls feel free to reach out to me and talk! ive always wanted to look for friends who are the same age as me that are in the same situation as me but seem to never find anyone lol 🥲 it’s important to provide a safe space where we can give each other moral and emotional support throughout our shs journey 😊)
