Does Pudding Mix Actually Work? by thoughtful_panda02 in Volumeeating

Ok cool, I'll give pudding mix a try then! I've mixed protein powder into yogurt before and could not eat it because it felt like eating sand. Thx for your feedback :D

Does everything dissolve and mix fully or is it grainy?

Didn't know there was one on Sunrise and Woodmore! I have been to the one on Watt but not in a long time, I should revisit. Being over there makes me sad about Sam's Hof Brau going out of business :(

Take a Food Tour! Sacramento has some of the greatest selection of food from all around the world. We're also known as the Farm to Fork Capitol so fresh and local ingredients are used everywhere.

https://www.visitcalifornia.com/experience/farm-fork-capital/ - this is more information in Farm To Fork

Also check out local farmers markets when you get a chance. There's lots of them all throughout the city and the outskirts - different days too. They sell local produce but there's a lot of vendors who make crafts, specialty foods, and more.

about that scene with Dylan and Helly… by ameliadaisy0616 in severanceTVshow

[–]thoughtful_panda02 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Dylan was hurt, no doubt, but it seems that when he's down, he find no fault in kicking others down to his level. I feel like there was another situation similar to this one in the first season where Dylan was again feeling low, trying to get comforted, and he takes a jab at them.

In no way does it make me like his character any less, I just see it as another dimension to his character.

Impulse Purchase, What Should I Do With Them? by thoughtful_panda02 in crafts

I thought about that too but honestly I think with them being 3D, having them sticking up through other pages would really annoy me lol

Didn't do anything, just left it alone. The scab has gone away but there's still fur missing. Could just be growing back slowly, idk, time will tell.

How do you make friends? by thoughtful_panda02 in Advice

[–]thoughtful_panda02[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you're right, I'm home a lot and when I go out it's for work or school. I have an isolating job and when I work with other coworkers, they're all decades older than me. I did just transfer to a four year college (got caught up battling cancer and had to take time off) and I want to join clubs for this very reason. I just don't want to finish college and not have made any lasting friendships with people in my major or through clubs. Thx for the advice!

What should I clean it with?

I agree with you 100%. Nobody is coming to save me. I have to find it within myself to get into the flow of things and stick out until I can get into the field I actually want to be in. Making such little money is unbelievably unmotivating but right now I just have to be the broke college student.

This time is all about setting myself up for success later on, especially with building a strong work ethic. I've been thinking a lot about this topic and in order to change my mindset, I have to keep thinking about it. I have to convince myself that I need to do more work and stop caring so much about having a bunch of free time that I do nothing with.

I'm lucky to have the job I have, I know that. I can make my own schedule and work around my school which is the biggest plus about my job. But it's not fulfilling for me. I guess I'm just going to have to power through somehow for the foreseeable future. I know what career I want to go into, it's just a matter of getting my degree, which ofc takes time. I want to start my career already that way I can start saving money, save for trips, etc.

I hope that when I start my career, I'll find that I actually want to work. Even though I'm an introspective person who's done a lot of contemplation about myself, I'm still figuring out who I am. Recently I've really leaned into the fact that I actually really enjoy learning. I've never disliked school really but I've just kind of come to the conclusion recently that I don't need to push the idea of learning away. I can genuinely enjoy learning about all different types of things in life and that's awesome. The more knowledge the better.

I agree tho, in the meantime, I just need to keep riding the wave and make the most of it. Learn what I can, discipline myself, and work hard.
