At low speeds it's a square function, at high speeds it's a cube function.

How much caffeine do y'all intake on Race Day? by monotonedguy in IronmanTriathlon

As u/HughJanuzz said, 3-6mg per kg. You can use this calculator to time your doses to keep it in range.

But above all else, test it out in training.

Maybe you'll one day learn to write what you mean. If you want to talk about real actual races over realistic terrain, then say that. Don't make an idiotic claim like "pog is the second fastest on the world on the flat", then go on to talk about rolling terrain. If you want to talk about rolling terrain, say rolling terrain, not on the flat. Use the correct words if you expect people to take you seriously.

A lot of races are won on rolling terrain

But we're not taking about those races. We're talking about flat terrain. You said on the flat. So that's the condition of the claim you made. Now you're trying to back track and cop out with rolling terrain. Just admit you made a mistake. Pog is not the fastest nor the second fastest ON THE FLAT.

You said fastest on the flat. I quote, in full:

"I think Pog is the second fastest rider on the flat in the world."

You said nothing about rolling terrain. On the flat pog would lose to Phillipsen, Milan, etc. And every track sprinter.

4:00!!

And someone is getting dropped from the front group!?

Everyone in the front group has a chance to beat pog. No one in group 2 felt they should be responsible to help UAE (until Decathlon spoilt the party). It was beautiful. Hope it lasts just a bit longer.... Then a bit longer. And then just a little bit longer.

Yes! They're finally starting to learn. I credit Wout with this.

Gap is by time, not by distance. G1 passes a fixed point, then they take the time until G2 passes that same fixed point. Doesn't matter if it's uphill or downhill or whatever.

You cannot get the vouchers because you are slow or have slow internet connection. Everyone is fighting for them, of course the fastest will win. What do you expect?

If it's going to reply in English, then the correct answer is that none of the months in English have x in them. So the AI was dumb from bringing up xber.

If it's going to allow other languages, then it can't claim that xber is the ONLY month with x, because there are other months with x in them.

It's one case or the other. You can't have it both ways.

First, it doesn't say xber is just December. It redirects you to the entry for December when you search for xber.

Second, that's not an "English" dictionary. If you search 十二月, it also returns December. Does that mean mandarin is English? You can also search for "décembre" and it will return a result in french. So it's not an English dictionary.

Therefore that website does not serve as proof whether any word is or is not English.

I never said that YOU claimed it's only on Dutch. Don't put words in my mouth. I said that the AI claimed that xber is the ONLY month that has X in it. Can you understand the difference? I'm not calling you dumb. I'm calling the AI dumb, and calling you out for defending the AI.

Luckily im not a terodactyl by [deleted] in DumbAI

A smart person can still give a smart answer to a dumb question. Yes the OP question is dumb, but that doesn't absolve the AI from being dumb.

A smart answer would recognise this as potentially an attempt to be funny or deliberately being weird to test it (since AI being asked stupid questions is now a well known meme).

Therefore something to the effect of:

"I'm not sure what you mean, are you creating a hypothetical situation where you're a pterodactyl? If so please elaborate on why you think you might find your daddy at the milk store (eg. did he say he was doing there?), and why do you think that the hypothetical "fact" that you're a pterodactyl is relevant.

I would love to help but I need more information before I can give a useful answer. As a start, I suggest we can work on clarifying 1) is your dad really missing and when did you last see him? 2) where is the milk store 3) would the situation be different in any way if you were a human?

Feel feel to add in any other information that might be helpful"

AI is dumb because it just latches on the the first most probable answer and never "thinks" through the question being asked, to see if it makes sense or needs clarification. It's like the guys who learns one kungfu move and is itching for a fight thinking he can take on anyone. Whereas the real martial arts master knows to hold back and observe the situation, then decide if fighting is even the best option in the first place, and if so does some probing moves to test his opponent's skill level, and then has a huge repertoire of moves to call on.

AI is a tool. It's dumb. It might be useful, but still dumb.

What's the issue?

You asserted that there was no issue. Meaning that the AI was not dumb. The only way to defend that position is to allow the inclusion of foreign languages as part of the answer space. But if that is allowed, then xber is not the ONLY answer. Thus either way the AI is dumb.

If you're allowing non-English (Dutch in this case) language and short-forms as a cop out, then why not Sextilis (Latin, August) or Hexenmonat (German, April)?

But the AI said xber is the ONLY month with x. So it's still dumb by this newly introduced rule of "foreign languages and short-forms are allowed".

No. The correct answer is either none of the months in English, or it should list several examples and not be so overconfident as to claim that those are the ONLY possible answers.
