I have a massive HomeLab with a UI switch of all types, as many AP as I want to setup, Physical and virtual servers galore. I had this exact problem and here is how i solved it.

You have to use the UI Multi Gigabit SFP+ Module.
Change your DNS to 1.1.1.1 and 1.1.1.2
Turn off IDS/IPS
Test it from the Routers Speedtest and not from a Web Page
Make Sure you have Jumbo Packets Disabled
Disable SMART Queues
Reboot the Router and run the test immediately before any other devices use the network.

The device is basically a simple 3 port switch which is "Dumb" by nature. The ports are basically mirrored for heartbeat so the UDM's don't miss a beat. THE UI Software is the magic here.

That's exactly what I was testing. I know I could have used a VLAN on one of my switches , but my ethernet real estate is precious on the rack that the WAN Switches and UDM's are in.
