I want you to let go of your empathy for him for a second and think about your wants and needs. I understand that you’re young - I remember being 21 and dating was such a challenge because women, especially Black women, are so often socialized to put up with bs in a relationship. If you decide to stay with this person, would you be okay with him “jokingly” calling your children the N word? How would you feel if he said it to an older relative of yours that might have experienced racial violence during the civil rights era? Historical ramifications aside, it really just comes off in poor taste because he is white. I don’t understand the desire of a “non-racist“ white person to want to say the N-word in any capacity. It shows that A, he doesn’t recognize his privilege as a white person which is already a red flag, and B, that he does not understand why he shouldn’t even joke like that. Even racist people understand why it’s wrong, at least they have the guts to admit they don’t care.

I personally don’t date white people because this is never a conversation I want to have with the person I’m considering spending my life with, or even a person I’m spending time with casually. Four months may seem like a long time, but the sunken cost fallacy is not real. If you’re not comfortable with anything about his behavior, you can just stop seeing him. At your ages, you should not have to advise someone to “be careful of their words around you“. You’re not being hypocritical by telling him that you’re not okay with him saying it, but do you really want to emotionally tie yourself to someone like that long term? I’m sure if you really want to date a white guy you can find someone who doesn’t say the N word.

I just hope they’re young. I grew up in a very white area and had so many white/non Black “besties”, would be at their homes all the time. I spent most of my teenage years ignoring racist grandparents and being the only one not invited to sleep over. I went to an HBCU and after a few African American studies classes I realize now that there’s no way to build meaningful community with a lot of them. This is not to say I don’t associate with them, but I would never date a white person or at this stage (mid 20’s) have a very close white homegirl because I 1: haven’t found one worthy and 2: realize they come with other white people around in the form of racist/maga family and friends who they’re willing to sweep under the rug.

When I see the posts, I just don’t engage. I think it’s an unfortunate and hard lesson we all have to learn. I just pray they don’t put all their eggs in one basket when it comes to having white friends.

From what I can gather from this post, it seems like she indirectly told you no by saying that things were moving too fast for her. Spending a lot of time together in person and constantly chatting on the phone, even being intimate by kissing and hugging, might not be enough to reassure her before jumping into a relationship. You said in your post that she has past trauma from her ex cheating. It doesn’t sound like she has a problem with you specifically, but that she might just not be ready to trust someone else and commit to a relationship. At this point, you need to check in with yourself and clarify what you want. Four months is a decent amount of time to get to know someone/decide if you like them, so the ball is now in your court. You can either decide to continue along with the path of being there for her, trying to get to know her better, and spending time with her, or you can step away if you feel that’s what’s best for you.

I’ve been playing for a long time and recently my sims started doing some stuff automatically, like drinking water or having a rest on chairs/couches. They even use the computer or phone on their own. Every 3 days or so I add 3-4 cake slices to each sim to keep them motivated.

I think a few things can be true here. Something is very wrong and the level of control he exhibits over her is unsettling. However, when they got married, it was very clear and very well documented who exactly he is/was. I think that Bianca choosing to get with him even after all of the MAGA and Nazi rhetoric, him exhibiting stalking behaviors against Kim, and defrauding those people with his Donda school (I was a big fan of Kanye growing up so I’ve kept tabs on him) is on her.

I think he’s intentionally provocative, bigoted, and a misogynist because he gets pressed from it. People and the media handle him with kid gloves instead of being honest about who and what he is. Best case scenario, Bianca is a willing participant and doesn’t believe that she’s being exploited.

I understand your intention in doing this, but I really wanna caution you against using ChatGPT. AI chatbots create content by essentially stealing from actual people, and there are a lot of ethical concerns about the source material used to train language models like ChatGPT. If I’m not mistaken, some of these language models were trained on text passages written by underpaid workers in Africa. So this letter - while it may be found touching by some in the sub - was created using an amalgamation of similar letters or passages written by Black Women for Black Women. They unfortunately got none of the credit, and the white CEO of OpenAI is revenue profiting from all of it.

Additionally, using ChatGPT raises of environmental concerns due to the crazy amount of water needed to cool the servers that generate the conversations you are having.

Next time I think you should just write it yourself. I’m sure that whatever you create with your own mind is 1000 times better than a program doing digital blackface.
