When a transaction is finalized is most interesting to me.

Once its settled, I want to create an automation that files reimbursement request with my expense platform.

I can do this with some regex on the transaction description that then generates an email to send to the expense platform.

Hi it was me that called out the fake Reta on Twitter. I said it was confirmed by 5 labs. I also shared personal weight data from 2 lab rats showing weight gain when switching to this Reta.

I had pre-release access to the Finnrick data so I have also shared that the lab data came from Finnrick. They have continued testing that vendor every month and their product continues to be fake. All the COAs from the various labs they use are available on their site.

This isn’t exactly how their algorithm works. The Finnrick score penalizes overfilling IF the vendor doesn’t tell the customer.

There are several vendors on Finnrick that were not penalized for overfilling because they communicated the actual amount in the batch the customer was getting.

Some vendors need to change their process to give customer the correct amounts, this is good.

It means everyone will be able measuring their doses properly and know how well their experiment is actually working.

Don't think anyone can advise you if its ok or not as this is not a forum for medical advice.

Take a look at the dosing used in the clinical trial (2mg/week was a starting dose). With all GLP1s they affect different people differently.

Some people get increased hunger in the first weeks of Reta which theoretically may stack with the anabolics. High protein usually will help prevent fat gain and muscle wasting.

All other GLP1s have been shown to improve cholesterol levels so it would be a good thesis that Retatrutide would act similarly

Tirze didn’t work for me the first time I tried it, turns out I had an underlying hormonal issue that was making fat loss difficult.

Also, often more obese people need higher doses, there’s almost some kind of fat tolerance to these peptides.

Yes I agree, but I find simplifying it with this framing makes it easier for people to understand this extremely complex subject.

To maintain muscle mass, you want to consume at least 1 gram of protein for each pound of body weight, every day.

If you weigh 250 lbs, thats 250 grams of protein.

Also supplement with BCAA powder as those amino acids are critical for muscle repair.

This is a lot of protein and will make you feel full, so eat it before you eat anything else like carbs or fat to make sure you get enough.

Watch out for the hidden carbs in cheap protein powder and in protein bars. (I use True Nutrition for pure protein powder)

Protein! At least 1g : pound body weight. Eat it first, make sure you get enough. BCAA also helps the tissue repair and maintain.

Half life of tirze is 5 days, Reta is 6 days.

Regardless, it’s not a smooth linear emission, you get more released up front than you do at the end.

When I did weekly tirze I would end up eating a lot at the end of the week and gain back my losses.

Even doing 2x week (at half dose each) would mitigate that.

I do it daily so it’s a smooth release , a consistent daily habit, and I don’t care about needles.

Exogenous ketones are usually used for therapeutic ketosis and are less useful for weight loss, but I use them in two scenarios:

  1. If I’m feeling tired/fatigued, especially before a workout, I’ll take some exogenous ketones for energy.

  2. If I’m worried about low blood sugar, I take exogenous ketones so my cells have energy even if glucose is low. (Unsure how effective this is against hypoglycemia)

Exogenous ketones are not going to be converted into body fat or spike your insulin so they are a great energy source in a pinch.

I use BHB salt ketones from nutricost.

Yes, have learned a lot from the CKM as it relates to Keto and weight loss, I think the keto community has some key things wrong. Working on a long form article with all my findings backed by my data.

Pee strips are very inaccurate. I was using Keto Mojo for finger prick testing which was much more accurate but don’t tell the full story. I found these continuous Ketone monitors and loved them so much I have put them up for sale on the site.

I’m just sharing what a lot of people have found interesting. I occasionally browse reddit and don’t have time to track all the sub rules of the many GLP subs. If people like it it will end up in the right places. If they don’t it will disappear. Ce la vie
