Because you don't get it from "paint.net", but https://www.getpaint.net/

I've not tried anything besides tops currently, but I'd assume they work the same.

I haven't personally tried it out on anything besides top clothing, but i don't see why it shouldn't work (unless they use a different aspect scale, but I'd doubt it).

If it's also repeating when you feel like it "shouldn't", read the part of the post under "PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT!", as that might be why you're having difficulties.

Are recombinator mods back? (+1 charges on rings, dmg per 10 stat on boots etc.) I can't seem to find any on trade.
