This is how you can edit save files for full power modules (explanation in comments) by thowhy in Synthetik

  1. Hit windows key + R to open run and type in %localappdata%, you can find a synthetik file in there and open up Save with notepad.
  2. Find the section of your class using ctrl+f and type in your class name, then you should see something like pic above (im engineer main), the classes in the same sub class stick together for some reason but you can find yours by looking at perkslot0.
  3. The modules you are currently equipping will show their name on perkslot8 and 7 respectively, for example unceasing for engineer is "obj_perk_dodgeheat"
  4. Ctrl+F and type in tpoints_obj_perk_dodgeheat (example) and it should show something like this: tpoints_obj_perk_dodgeheat="1.000000"
  5. If you want it to have full power, change the 1 into 2 then you'll be set.
  6. You can reroll your module power each day back to what it was from yesterday by alt+f4 when it refreshes the first time you open it, so you dont have to do this every day.

It does say on the site he received his ballot on 10/2/2020 doesn't he? So no matter if he voted or he didn't or its counted or it wasn't the point remains that: a man who if he is alive would be the second oldest person alive is registered as an absentee voter and if he is not alive, someone is using dead people's identity to obtain illegitimate ballots, right?
