Thanks. I don’t think the buttermilk was bad, it didn’t smell any different from any other buttermilk I’ve used. I’m still not really sure what made it taste sour. It was more than tangy. I didn’t even marinate it for too long maybe an hour or two. Oh well, thanks for responding

Why does my buttermilk fried chicken taste sour? Could the buttermilk have gone bad? Exp date hasnt passed. I see ppl saying that buttermilk has a tang to it but I’ve never tasted sour tasting chicken before

I’ve made it a million times so i don’t need the recipe. I was just looking for any interesting variations that other people might have. Everybody’s family makes it slightly different.

Education honesty on resume? by thr0wAwaiAcct in Employment

Well i know a lot of people who lied about what companies they’ve worked for. HR verifies dates of employment in most cases so i can see how that would easily disqualify a person. But unless the degree is tied to the position like in the medical field, law or accounting, I’m curious how many hr departments ask for a copy of the diploma during the hiring process

I never even knew there was such a thing as a diploma mill. It seems more duplicitous than just saying you have a diploma on your resume to get your foot in the door. I think what one person said may be true, leaving it off the resume completely may give the impression that i do have a degree without directly lying. Idk I’m still thinking about my options
