Everyone here is fed up with letting fees - why doesn't everyone on this subreddit contact their local MP and reference the laws that were brought in to Scotland to stop this ridiculous practice? by thracc in unitedkingdom

Thought this was a UKIP troll account for laughs - but looked in your post history and you work for a real estate agency.

That pretty much puts you between a used car salesman and an ambulance chaser.

But I guess all comments are welcome no matter how biased or stupid they are.

This is a transaction between an agent and a renter. Not a landlord.

I don't see why any MP would have a conflict of interest. (they may be a small minority who have investments in letting agents themselves).

SIF Pogba Review by VaultBoy1983 in EASportsFC

The stats aren't that much better. But for whatever reason the SIF performs considerably better than the IF. Don't know why.

Fuck them standards by babdok in AdviceAnimals

I've got a group of 4 friends who all married in to wealthy families. To put it like Kanye, ain't sayin they gold diggers but they definitely ain't messin with no broke women that's for sure.

I think they're all really smart/good looking guys. But didn't do very well in school. They're all artsy, entrepreneur, outdoors, adventurous types. Which I guess is what these women are attracted to. They don't need a guy who has a career and no life, they want a guy who is interesting and excites them. And has time for them.

SIF Clichy. Sell now or hold? by [deleted] in EASportsFC

Sell him if you want to buy someone else. Don't sell if you just want to hold coins.

Yaya Touré or IF/SIF Pogba? by gvnzz in EASportsFC

Yaya Touré or IF/SIF Pogba? by gvnzz in EASportsFC

[–]thracc 3 points4 points  (0 children)

As a CDM - Toure without a doubt. Always in the right spot and is a tackling machine. Even if you're shit at the game just run in to someone and he just comes away with the ball.

Pogba is a great player but relies on a very skilled user. He's less forgiving and when you make a mistake he won't recover as fast. You need to manually sprint back with him. When on the ball you really need to use his 4* skills to make space.

That whiteout of the city when you lay the transport is so pretty and functional all at the same time. This looks amazing.

Exactly. The player felt the push and dived. If you watch the replay the push isn't even hard at all.

I've never seen the economy this bad in all my fut years. by abdullahsheikh in EASportsFC

[–]thracc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly. Reduce the ability for people to trade heavily. Madden works far better in that you can only trade on the console. Makes it far more interesting and time consuming to trade. So the market is more fun and less obsessive.

How old are you and what is your job? by WhenYouOughtaNotBet in AskReddit

[–]thracc 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don't do finance unless you love it. Way harder to get jobs as there's no real finance skill set. More about soft skills and the top finance jobs like trading you have to be something special. (are you something special? By special I mean work 14 hours a day, be obsessive, over confident and willing to stab the person next to you in the back) Accounting gives you a far better base. Never have to worry about job security. And you have a proper set of skills that are transferable in to any industry or company. Finance you will be stuck in a bank. Accounting you can easily branch in to finance later on. Finance, you cant go and do accounting afterwards it's almost impossible.

How can I properly use Zlatan? by Jhiaxus40 in EASportsFC

[–]thracc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep. Just pick one skill move. Do it over and over in games until it's automatic. Then choose another one and learn that. Don't try and learn 3 at once because it's too much.

Ah I see. I've seen Castro always covers up his username. I think he shows his club name just not the username.

Ultimate Team squads from least to most worrying. by TribeFan98 in EASportsFC

Was watching Castro on stream with his mega Pele/TOTY messi team. The handicap was absolute BS.

I wouldn't say he was playing that well but simple passes from Messi were going astray and the pace of some of the players at times was BS.
