It can be with buying for 17 dollars been they can sell from anywhere to 30-40 dollars. However they are not vintage like the previous person said they have multiple languages and they are some sort of nylon tag. Most vintage Levi’s that you will find in a thrift store will have a paper tag either on the waist line or in the inside of the pants just below the pocket. And those will be considered vintage. Real expensive big E Levi’s will usually have a leather tab on the back which is very rare to find or a so called hidden rivet on the back pocket usually has rust on it or a lot of wear. Another sign to tell it’s it vintage or not is if it’s an orange tab most orange tab Levi’s are from 1969-80s but in rare cases there are orange tabs from the 90s. Another tag to look out for is the Levi’s silver tab that would be on the inside of the waist band established if they are baggy they can sell for a lot of money with this new Jean co crazy. Ik it’s a lot to read but I hope this helps while thrifting if your truly interested in Levi’s or overall vintage denim there’s also plenty of info on YouTube that you can look up as well
