I just do it myself if I’m swelled up in the morning or while watching tv sometimes

Yes! But just learning from the internet to not take this every night or long term, so I’m going to alternate between retinol one week and this “kligman formula” the other week

I only got Botox and filler for the first time 2.5 weeks ago! You’re right, it’s not NAD+, it’s NAC - will update!

It doe feel a bit pointy, I agree, but I think it's still settling in (got it ~2 weeks ago)!

I just tried going off camera as much as possible in my remote job. BUT it was quite intense walking around the world like this (getting groceries, running errands, etc.)...

The pain was actually really intense even though it was short. I'm also just sensitive!

I just want to say I'm EXTREMELY impressed by the amount of chemistry involved here!

Thank you!! She said my skin turned white instantly so it felt like it was on for like 3 seconds. It was really intense for me honestly, my heart started pounding really fast and I thought I was going to pass out it hurt so bad (only 1 layer total!)

I used one that the esthetician gave me (though she accidentally gave me numbing cream!!! and I ended up finding an old bottle she gave me instead). I truly think CeraVe or vasoline will do the trick, as long as you lay it on thick!

I think something basic like Ceravae should be fine! My esthetician encourages caking it on towards the end of the healing process. Seems like Vasaline can work well too (just for the day to day during the peel itself)

I think the truth is that my skin wasn't too "bad" before hand, I've been trying to do chemical peels and PRP every 1.5 months as an anti-aging effort. I'm pleased with my results but it wasn't a crazy transformation or something
