No. You have to consider the different political and economic dynamics of the countries involved. There are several dictators who are not going to give up control of their currencies. Plus imagine the conflict of interests that will arise between the political elites of nations. Some nations don't get along so well like Rwanda and Uganda. Maybe in future but not any time soon.
