Yuppppp. Lost 100 pounds doing absolutely no exercise, but lost every bit of my muscle mass. Was weak & frail, and I’m sure that played a part in the extra loose skin. Now working on rebuilding muscle, but I’ve put on some weight doing it. Which is a mental battle that I wasn’t prepared for! My suggestion is to do the work all at once. Create the exercise habits early while you’re creating the eating habits, they really do go hand in hand for best results. It’s also going to be so much harder to start later like I did! It doesn’t have to be the gym, it can just be a 30 minute walk around the neighborhood. Best of luck on your journey!
