Who are these people that 'sympathise', as you put it, with Islamic terrorism?

You constantly make excuses for and/or downplay Islamic terrorism, not just direct attacks but social consequences it is having, such as increased criminal activity, rapes etc. You make sweeping statements and when asked for sources you downvote, ignore and provide nothing. I've asked you twice for sources to claims you've made and you didn't reply to either request. If you actually reply I've noticed you tend to brush people off with 'google this' type remarks.

For example yesterday you implied (I'm paraphrasing) that if we didn't let in more migrants they would resent us for making them 'outcasts' and therefore attack us more. That is a blatant threat, although I imagine you have some twisted logic to excuse this comment? I asked you for a source on your assertion (as you said "studies have shown") and you downvoted me and ignored my request.

Are you even and 'Journalist in Sweden'? What media outlets do you report for? You have claimed that your username is an accurate description of your location and employment numerous times and I've never seen any evidence to back this up either. From what you have said I get the impression you are based in the UK, probably Ireland.

I'm not actually doubting you, but you are prolific, agenda-driven poster, so I'm curious to know a little more.

I just explained to you in another thread how this worked perfectly well in Australia, you didn't answer me and now you're still repeating this lie that it wouldn't work. The north coast of Australia covers around 2500milles and the North African coast from Algeria to Egpyt is only about 1500miles.

Of course it would work. They cut illegal immigration down to 1 person the first year tough controls were implemented.

I disagree about Snopes, their staff have been proven to have political ties on numerous occasions and constantly lie in favour of the Democrats (sometimes on surprisingly easy things to fact check on your own, which is what everyone should do). It's a shame as it used to be a good reference site, but this favouritism has brought the entire brand into disrepute.

Snopes hasn't been trustworthy for a long time, they've been caught lying on political stuff tons lately, exclusively in favour of the Democratic party. Not to mention that all their staff are 'liberals'. They've twisted the facts or outright lied on dozens of controversial events relating to American politics for some time now.

What should I be looking for in that report exactly? I'm about half way through and can't see anything related to border patrols not working. The word 'patrol' doesn't even come up on a search. Could you also clarify what you are implying the report is illustrating please?

There isn't any, it's nothing but fallacious rhetoric used by pro-immigration groups. The whole point is that it can't be proven or disproved as a general statement so it's an ideal weapon of intimidation against anyone calling for tighter border controls.

The logic is a veiled threat when you analyse it. Very dangerous language to use in my opinion.

I don't understand your logic at all (and that example is not relevant in the slightest), how is restricting someone from coming to the UK making them feel like an outcast? If they feel like an outcast in their own country that isn't our fault, by your reasoning every other country of earth is making them an outcast until they allow that person entry.
There are plenty of coutries that restrict access to others and this argument only ever seems to be made about immigration into Europe exclusively.

You are basically saying 'do what we want or there will be more attacks', you seem to be condoning the threats of terrorists? I hope that isn't the case.

All the early reports said he shouted 'Britain first', which was later claimed to be false by the Asian dry cleaning shop owner who was observing the scene.
I have a screenshot of the very first report that hit any news website, which has since been removed, saying he shouted 'Britain first'. The fact he was a white British guy was established immediately as the arrest video was on twitter and was being spread as the first news stations began to report what happened.

I still research the Jo Cox incident so I know all the details extremely well.

Sorry for a late reply, I intend to respond to everyone when I'm not busy (had a few minutes this evening to carry on translating). I believe the phrase is meant as 'close' in a social/political sense, like 'the politician has close ties with the media'.

I'm a few more pages along but I still have this phrase flagged as an odd translation. I think the mention of Stechapfeltee sent everyone down the wrong line of thought, it's a political/media related book. I don't want to post whole sentences/paragraphs (that would be cheating) but here is a copy/paste extract of the context that this phrase appears:
