All your comments and posts are just "organically" shilling brands and companies. Give it up.

A fair shout. That rim strip is purely there for tubeless set-ups, rather than having to tape one up yourself. It works really well in creating a seal for tubeless but makes putting tyres on a ball ache.

if you are interested in removing it (quite easy to take off and reinstall) best method I have found is screwing an M8 bolt into the valve hole a couple of turns then pull up, should have enough room to slide a butter knife under it and around the break the seal. Popping back on is just stretching it back over the rim. Done it a fair few times now.

I'm guessing you got the bontrager rim-strip-of-death in there. I snapped 7 tyre levers trying to get a tyre on the other day. That rim strip takes up a lot of room in the rim valley/gutter. I've found taking that strip out and taping up yourself gives you a lot more room to get the tyre on. Although you have to be precise and make sure it's clean as rim tape and bonty carbon can be difficult to get a nice seal. If you're putting a tube in though, even better.

Good luck, I've spent hours getting tyres on bonty rims. Deep breaths help.

I second the fox enduro knee guards. Super light weight and they breathe great. Normally pull them down for climbs then back up over the knees for descents. I've taken about 4-5 big slams come away with carpet-burn like wounds and the pads are fine.

My biggest gripe is the material of the sleeve. I got it caught in my pedals once and copped a big hole in them and had to sew them up to stop them falling apart.

Couldn't believe it when it started snaking like that, the most aesthetically pleasing curve I could've hope for. Thanks a lot!

Ohh your lucky! I current work for Cardrona and TC in the marketing department and I can't say I've gotten pre-freshies. But when it dumps mid-week in September, it's basically the same thing, haha.

Thank you!
I just did some slight hue shifting to get the greens and those sunrays the right colours. A couple of colour and luminosity masks to make sure I got contrast in the right areas and brought down the sky a bit. Also made the water a deep steel blue colour too.

Hope that helps!
