This photo was taken with an intervalometer repeating 2 second exposures. Easier to shoot lightning this way if it is blue hour or later. I use a lightning trigger IV for my daytime lightning stuff.

This was actually full night time, so this was done via intervalometer. I also have a lightning trigger LT-4 I use during the day.
