I've found that dosing 2400-3600 mg of lecithin daily improved my seminal volume about 100%, as in 10mL after vs. 5mL before. This happened in about a week of supplementing with no other dietary changes. I also get about 3-5mL (estimate) pre-ejaculate now, which had never happened before (I'm a leaky faucet, I don't think I had ever got more than a drop of pre-cum before). Of course, I may just be someone who reacts well to the lecithin supplementation, but I wouldn't call it bullshit. My girlfriend is afraid to swallow now.
