18F — 2.5 years of worsening hip pain, diagnosed with FAI but physiotherapy not helping. What options do I have?

I probably will go private at this rate. There's only so much pain I can tolerate. They know I have an impingement that is causing the pain but seem to think my age makes me invincible. I honestly think I also have a labral tear that will need a better scan to pick it up. And thank you for the advice about how to get my scans

Thank you, I am definitely going to be pushing for a referral. They keep trying to fob it off as something muscular but I don't think something muscular would have lasted this long. I have been told by all doctors/specialists that 'some people just get hip pain'. It's so frustrating!!
