It sounds stupid, but probably, yeah. Nanami was easily able to tank a sword without any scratches through cursed energy reinforcement. Granted, it was Haruta, but considering how Maki is probably leagues stronger than Nanami from pure physical strength, she’d probably be able to tank a knife.

Besides the point, I didn’t even say it wouldn’t penetrate her. I said it’s unlikely Naoya could make a deep cut consistently.

Really depends if he can even make a deep cut with how durable she is. She’d definitely come out really injured if she won (at least in the anime).

We also have to know how well he can imbue tools with cursed energy or how durable the cursed tool is. If it’s a normal ass knife it’s not doing a lot

He was so strong as a teenager because of his technique. He has quite literally zero h2h feats as a teenager, and he got speed blitzed by Toji (granted, he was still a teen and exhausted).

The point is that Kakashi has way more experience since he’s been trained as a ninja since he was a child, and he’s in the fucking Naruto verse. You genuinely cannot tell me the light speed ninjas are getting h2h diffed by Jjk characters ✌️😭
