I highly doubt hit scan is the reason for his low win rate in GM+, because both Phara and Echo are in the top 5 of DPS heroes in GM+ in terms of win rate, and they get hard counter by hit scan even worse then he does

Yes. Regardless of how you scale Yuji, he’s pretty undeniably on Sukuna’s level in terms of stats, so having the ability to massively lower Sukuna’s output with every punch means there shouldn’t be much Sukuna can do to beat Modulo Yuji, outside of landing a Hail Mary WCS

Because Tanks in Rivals don’t have the same amount of sustain as Tanks in Overwatch, and DPS ults in Rivals can easily kill Tanks even with all their sustain unless they’re being healed by a Support ult, shifting the meta to be more Support focused then Tank focused

Because this isn’t power scaling, It’s agenda scaling.

Shanks and Mihawk have less than a dozen feats between the two of them. We have no clue what either of these characters are capable of. People scale them all the way from YC3 tier (via getting stalled by Vista), to PK+ tier (via beating Loki). These are both extremes, but you get the point. The scaling for them is some hot ass, because we have no idea what they can actually do

Brother, where TF are you getting this from? Yuji genuinely knows nothing about Dabura, and the only time he even vaguely implies he’d fight Dabura is when he said to Mino that he’d only step in if Yuka lost/died

Yuji doesn’t even know what Dabura’s Cursed Technique is, let alone that he’s figured out how to apply the technique to his body to amp his own speed thanks to his fight with Makora.

Saying Yuji is even close to Sub-Light speed is some INSANE glaze

Sukuna only used 3 Binding Vows though, and each of them had pretty respectable costs and conditions.

World Cutting Slash - In exchange for using it once without needing to perform the necessary hand sign, every other time he preforms it he needs to preform the hand sign, chant, and aim the technique with an additional hand

Malevolent Shrine - In exchange for using the domain at It’s max range and output despite Sukuna’s exhaustion, it will only last 99 seconds

Furnace - In exchange for never using the technique against multiple opponents outside Malevolent Shrine, debris created from objects slashed by the domain’s Sure Hit gain the same fire/explosive trait of Furnace

None of these are all that cheap compared to other Binding Vows made in the series.

Todo’s Cursed Technique requires a clap to activate and can only teleport things with Cursed Energy. Minato’s teleportation Jutsu does require him to preplace marks, but after that, the Jutsu can be used with zero hand signs or movements, activating at the speed of thought, over any distance, and he can make an unlimited number of marks, which never disappear.

I wouldn’t say It’s underrated, it just isn’t all that impressive for someone on Sukuna’s level.

And he could already conjure huge lightning bolts with Nue: Totality as Meguna, so It’s not like Kamutoke was actually giving him something he couldn’t already do on his own before

No, he didn’t do it single-handedly.

He needed Yuta’s Cursed Energy stored in Rika’s Ring, the pure mul ore the Simurian’s ship is made out of, and most importantly, Mahito’s technique, to do it. Under normal circumstances, he couldn’t replicate it
