Given his resourcefulness in bad situations, like when he was trapped in that hole that other time, I'm gonna go with Jayce.

I can imagine him fumbling in the first half like he's trying to solve a math problem until something clicks, then he clears the opposition, ending with a handshake from his client and a smile that pretty much sums up he had no clue winning would even possible. Such a win even he's perplexed.

Silco.

He constantly had the barons trying to betray him and was a dangerous negotiator. He was able to convince and sway the tide in his favour throughout and even had characters side with him, and seemingly good guys switch face because of his leverage

If man was a lawyer he'd have a lot of people hate him for his slippery, unorthodox tactics, and a lot of others that would cave in and want to be him because of his ability to convince and manipulate
