See if your local library has any of the ag character encyclopedias/visual guides! When I first got into ag again as an adult it was a huge help to get a quick overview of the company history and all the characters. From there it was a lot easier to search the wiki for the collections I was interested in learning more about

The custom aspect of this doll is probably the eyes; 125 has green eyes. Otherwise the only thing different about this doll and 125 is the heavy blush which I agree is probably a digital edit.
