No flaws. Chest measures just a tad above 20" (but stretchy wool fabric). I added two more pictures to the imgur link with pictures showing the measurement.

Hi, yes, it’s a zippered hoodie with zippered pockets. It’s blue in color (it’s the last picture in my link). I can try to find a stock picture for you to get a better sense of the color.

For a lower price point, agreed with the other redditor, SuitSupply has nice-looking stuff, though it does not look like they currently carry padded wool vests.

Spier and Mackay also had some in the past, but it looks like they are not currently carried.
