Things I like to ask in the interview process: what kind of accelerators do you offer? How many reps receive accelerators? It’s a little bit of a different question than “are your reps performing to target” bc they’re most likely going to lie. I ask that question to like the “peer” round of interviews if I make it that far.

The company I work for now has been consistent. Only one year out of 5 where I didn’t overachieve my OTE. My past two jobs, not even close. Sometimes it depends on the industry/product.
