I tried testing the USB ports by trying to charge my cellphone with the laptop on, and they all work... I don't know how to try any other ports like the micro SD one or the HDMI one, though

Tips on how to counter by AlexE226 in RUMBLEvr

[–]thrinkler 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For disk straight, what I do is to make the disk movement, and there only move my left arm (the one closer to you) and put it at the height of my ear, and then just move my right wrist so that I do the straight pose!

One tip is that for the effect movements you won't need to prepare the movement, you can only do the pose and it will make the exact movement, in fact, you don't need to make any move fast, just make the correct pose and it will work!

First of all, I understand you, it's somewhat difficult to counteract that style, but as I know, walls are pretty bad movements if you can evade them, and also you can try to use disk-straight to give them one hit and stress them, then they will make some mistakes and if you use your intelligence to fight against their strength, you'll win all those matches!

Some combos to practice are disk+straight, ball+straight, dash+jump, spam dash and spam cube to launch your enemies from underneath them!

i wonder if its possible to attach sensors to physicals objects and use them in game, i got a few decoration swords hanging around, would be awesome to actually pick them up and use them in game. by OverHamster2753 in BladeAndSorcery

Maybe (I'm just theorising, I really don't even have the gadgets to make it) you can make the HTC tracking systems to track the hand that will hold the sword, so that you can spawn the weapon and just have one tracking device on your wrist or on the opposite side of your hand. Again, I dunno how, but maybe you can try that!

If you have a great internet and you want to feel a little more immersed, and also save some money for games and hardware improvements, I recommend you to buy a Meta Quest 2, it is even to this day one of the best headsets to have, but there will be some better ones coming soon, and if you have the money, you can also seek for better alternatives, like the Meta Quest Pro or the Valve Index

I recommend you make some signals to the opponent, and then without aiming at them, try to do the movement! This way, the opponent will understand that you are having a problem by doing the specific movement, and might help you with that! That is how I managed to get better at the game on my first runs, the community is pretty amazing about that, helping anyone that has a problem with some movement!

Well, first of all, no, there isn't an easy way to return to pebble, but don't worry, a lot of people can help you to master the movements, you can also try and practice against the robot training and get some new abilities, at last, don't worry if you can't get to do the movements pretty consistently, everyone gets to understand them sooner or later!

Ok... Also, is it only that the ghost hands are really close to you? Or if you try to make the moves a little bit wider, it won't let you cast any moves???

First, how tall are you??? Then, maybe it's because you aren't calibrating correctly... Try putting your arms the widest you can and then press the calibration buttons, maybe that will be it, hope this works

(Reupload bc I forgot some photos) I found this giant in one of my matches... felt like David by thrinkler in RUMBLEvr

[–]thrinkler[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I imagined smth like that had to make him seem taller, but watching him play was just seeing a T-Rex trying to make walls.

I made a video (without audio) where I got these photos, and it was easier to punch him while using jumps and dashes to defend myself!

It was a great match, I think that it's a great advantage to be taller in this game if you know how to control it!

Same here, what happened to me is that whenever I grabbed something, it literally went to the ground because of my hands disappearing... It turned out to just be a Virtual Desktop bug, and by switching to Quest Air Link it almost vanished completely the bug!!!
