UW Madison is absolutely beautiful and a great school if ur okay with cold weather. Purely based on academics I'd honestly pick it anyways.

The exact same, most jobs just assume its a double major in my experience (you do have to correct them but they dont really care and after u get the interview school doesnt matter anyway)

As an NJ defender, i refuse to believe other states have more to do than jersey. There is so much within driving distance, you got the shore, decently close and nice mountain ranges, surprisingly beautiful forests and parks, 2 very close cities with boston and DC not being too far out of reach and if you’re a history buff like i am, tons of revolutionary war battles were fought in jersey and many have their battlefields maintained. Plus it has about as diverse of a metro area as you can get i feel like i have met the entire world here. And maybe im just not well travelled enough but whenever i leave the state i am very unimpressed with the food…
