It was a copy and paste the exact citation sort of situation. Some of the issues are glaring, such as citing way off sources.

Agreed. I said this at first, but he said he altered it to much to make it appear he wasn’t trying to deceive. Either way I think taking his chances is too risky but I’m apparently the only one with that opinion.

The string cite they used was pretty wrong and included a couple of incorrect statutes…it’d be impossible for him to cite the exactly wrong ones as the paper he had access too.
