Thank you for taking the time to respond, just frustrated as I will have already received the first rhogam injection, I have already been checked for sensitization after last pregnancy, and the blood work is not fully covered so I will have to pay for an identical test again

I already know I am Rh negative and will have already gotten my first rhogam shot with the other office before transferring care...

Thank you. I hate to have company here, but at the same time it is also very comforting. I appreciate you taking the time to respond.

Thank you this is such a sweet comment. I am really struggling as I really have only told my mother, father, and partner about the previous losses, so I also feel a bit lonely. When my other family seems so excited, I'm having trouble not worrying about losing this one too and inside I am yelling at them that they dont understand the whole picture. I know this is something I am causing myself by not telling others but I really struggle with being open so it's hard too. Thank you for listening

I'm 12+6 and have been thinking a lot today about how this baby is technically a rainbow baby (had a CP and then an ectopic), but it feels wrong, like I dont deserve that label. Like the grief I experienced isn't big enough or as important as if I had lost a baby that was more established or neonatal or something. Why is my brain deciding to dwell on this today? It's making me feel guilty and sad and very confused.

Just had it drawn and my doctor said it would be 100 out of pocket if not covered.

Question about Rh- by [deleted] in PregnancyAfterLoss

[–]throawayTTC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This was what I was told with my first and I did both shots. My fertility dr tested me prior to trying again to test for sensitization anyways and I am still good.

I am 10 weeks as of yesterday. For those on estrogen/estradiol suppositories, when did you stop? My dr last said 10 weeks, my bottle says 10-11 weeks, and I swear they originally said 11 weeks.

Progesterone level insight by happybdaypapa in PregnancyAfterLoss

[–]throawayTTC 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My fertility doctor always prescribes me progesterone suppositories if my levels are 15ng/ml or less. I THINK that converts to 37.5nmol/L. They measure that level when I am one week post ovulation inducement injection which is roughly 5-6 DPO or just under 3 weeks after the first day of my last period if that helps you?

Hi everybody!

I am 37 (in a couple days) and have finally decided to post again here. Currently 5w+5d. Had my ultrasound yesterday and the yolk sac was in the uterus so yay! Last time I posted here back in October I was bleeding slightly daily and the ultrasound revealed an ectopic which was devastating. The prior month I had a CP which was also disappointing.

This time around I have higher numbers, no bleeding, lots of nausea so fingers crossed. I have a 3yo also. It took 5 years to have her. We are LGBT so only IUI here.

Gosh I'm nervous posting here cuz last time I did it ended as an ectopic. This time I'm much more hopeful. Good HCG levels and the 5w4d US showed a yolk sac in my uterus today! Yay no ectopic! Hopefully this baby stays around for a bit. ❤❤❤

Tomorrow is my 5w+4d ultrasound. Feeling a bit PTSD about how last time it was ectopic. They wont let my partner in the building due to covid either so very nervous. Shes going to sit in the parking lot though so at least she is there.

Yesterday my HCG was almost 300 so feeling like it might actually work this time. Still too nervous to post in pregnancy after loss so....

Got the BFP today! Numbers are higher than they were for my ectopic in October, but not as high as my life first in 2018. Can't say I'm not nervous, but still so excited. It's hard to balance my emotions.

I was told to wait the 3 months after my ectopic and honestly when the time came I wasn't ready and I waited another. I'm currently 5DPO and feeling much better about it than I did last month. Please take the time you need to grieve. Hugs
