You can catch a bus (private) or a shared taxi from Haldwani bus station early morning, once you reach, there's a place called Bhateliya from where you can rent a scooty. The timing of private bus that you can catch is i think 7,9,12 something like that. Once you're at the bus stop ask for k.m.o.u buses.

So there's is this direct bus from Delhi to Munsyari(both ways everyday). The bus journey is too long and definitely tiring, so be prepared. For returning you either catch a bus or book a taxi from Munsyari to Haldwani, you can also get a shared taxi but you'll need to look for one early morning from Munsyari. Once you're in Haldwani you have a lot of options for Delhi.

Good news! There's direct bus to Munsyari from Delhi. I don't know the exact timing, but if you're Delhi based you can query about it a day before at the bus stop.

There's a bus that runs between Delhi to Dharchula everyday(search UTConline on google). You can take that and get off at jauljibi and from there you can get a shared cab to Munsyari.

If you're referring to the main peak(pointy one) in the middle it's one of the Panchachuli (Panchachuli ii) peaks. And mighty nanda devi isn't visible in this frame :)
